The concept for the Hotel was created as a result of a deep, multi-faceted analysis of the needs of people staying in accommodation facilities. We have included the analysis of scientific publications, research, trend analysis and experts’ opinions. The axis of the whole concept was the question: why are we sleeping? The scientific publication under the same title was published in 2017 by Dr Matthew Walker from Harvard University, the reading of which has largely influenced our thinking about the quality and shape of the hotel service that you are offered today. This innovative approach distinguishes our Hotel on the map of other facilities in the Tri-City are, and even in Poland.
The comfort of sleep has become the priority of hotel guests' experience. Why? Sleep is the most effective way to regenerate and take care of our body on a daily basis - it slows down aging process, improves metabolism, and increases the productivity of our work. Meanwhile, two thirds of adults in developed countries do not sleep the recommended eight hours a day. Irregular, short sleep destroys our immune system. Sleep disturbances contribute to the development of many mental and physical disorders.
